Action Requested: Vote on a request to approve an appointment to the Climate Change Committee.

Introduction & Background:  The Climate Change currently has one vacancy on the committee. 

Discussion & Analysis:  The climate change committee recommends the Board appoint Scott Moreland to the committee.  Mr. Moreland’s term will expire June 30, 2018.
