Abstract
Introduction & Background: The EMBRACe project was formed as an initiative of the Chatham County Public Health Department with the aim of supporting a coordinated system of perinatal care to address birth inequities in Chatham County. In July 2025, EMBRACe transitioned from the Public Health Department to a non-profit through fiscal sponsor Elephant Circle.
As part of this transition, the Public Health Department is transferring two laptop computers and one cell phone to EMBRACe, through Elephant Circle, purchased with grant funds.
Discussion & Analysis: The items were previously used by EMBRACe staff who will continue to work with EMBRACe under the new non-profit model. The items have been reimaged by IT.
