Abstract
Introduction & Background: The Historic Courthouse A/V upgrade fully funded in the FY23 Capital Improvements Plan. The current Historic Courthouse A/V system became unusable before its expected end of life and a Request for Proposals was issued in May 2023.
Discussion & Analysis: Justice AV scored the highest on the evaluation matrix and was the second lowest bidder. The lowest bidder, Avisual, was disqualified since they did not send in hard copies per the Request for Proposals.

Budgetary Impact: The Historic Courthouse A/V Project is budgeted in the Capital Improvements Plan.
