Introduction & Background: William Sparrow, James Fogleman, and Tammy Phillips are all eligible for reappointment to another three year term.
Discussion & Analysis: Commissioner Howard wishes to reappoint William Sparrow for District 1. Commissioner Kenlan wishes to reappoint James Fogleman for District 4. Commissioner Gomez Flores wishes to reappoint Tammy Phillips for District 5. Sparrow, Fogleman, and Phillips would all be reappointed to a three-year term ending June 30, 2026.
