Abstract
Introduction & Background: Section 13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina states that a project ordinance shall be adopted by the governing board for all capital projects.
Discussion & Analysis: Attached is a proposed amended project ordinance for the Northeast District Park Dam project.
Budgetary Impact: The budget for the Northeast District Park Dam Project is increased by $544,074 to $1,829,074 and will be funded by a transfer of funds from the Capital Reserve.
Recommendation/Motion: Motion to adopt the Northeast District Park Dam Amended Project Ordinance.
