Introduction & Background:
The current lease with Platinum Holdings is expiring on January 31, 2016. Platinum Holdings has sold the building to Asarum Ventures, LLC. This new lease will run from February 1, 2016-Janurary 31, 2020, and allows for a one-year renewal, if the County choses to exercise its right to renew.
