Abstract
Introduction & Background: North Carolina General Statute 105-350(7); It shall be the duty of each tax collector to submit to the governing body at each of its regular meetings a report of the amount collected on each year’s taxes with which the tax collector is charged, and the amount remaining uncollected.
Discussion & Analysis: This report reflects the totals of all tax transactions with the Tax Collector’s Office for January 2026 as required by NCGS 105-350(7).
