Receive a presentation on the Pittsboro Redevelopment Project
Abstract
Introduction & Background: Chatham County, in partnership with the Town of Pittsboro, has contracted with Bolton & Menk to conduct a predevelopment analysis on several properties in Downtown Pittsboro. This work is being undertaken as the County plans for the relocation of certain functions to Renaissance Drive over the coming decade. The analysis is intended to help guide both the County and the Town in determining appropriate next steps for these properties.
Discussion & Analysis: Bolton & Menk have completed initial assessments and community engagement efforts as part of this phase of the project. They will present those findings to the Board and seek feedback and direction as appropriate.’
