Introduction & Background: Dr. John Dykers, Mr. Terrill Ellington, and Ms. Sharon Day are all eligible for reappointment to the Board. All three members wish to be reappointed.
Discussion & Analysis: Dr. Dykers, Mr. Ellington and Ms. Day will be reappointed to terms ending June 30, 2021.
