Action Requested:
Introduction & Background: The Council on Aging Director and county staff have developed a contract for approval by the two entities. The purpose of the contract is to establish clear expectations between the county and Council on Aging for the funding provided by the county. The Council on Aging board has reviewed and approved the contract.
The attached contract is pending legal review.
