Vote on Appointments to the Library Advisory Committee
Abstract
Action Requested: Consider and approve the following appointments to the Library Advisory Committee:
1. The reappointment of Caroline Unick to a second term ending June 30, 2018, representing County Commissioner District 1
2. The appointment of Rhoda Berkowitz to a term ending June 30, 2018, representing Commissioner District 2
Introduction & Background:
The Library Advisory Committee has two people serving terms that expire on June 30, 2015. Caroline Unick would like to be reappointed and the advisory committee recommends it. She represents County Commissioner District 1.
The committee also will have a vacancy that represents Commissioner District 2. Rhoda Berkowitz applied in February to return to the advisory committee when there was an opening. She was a very active member several years ago.
