Introduction & Background: Smith Gardner Engineers will provide ambient air monitoring at the entrance road to the coal ash disposal site. Samples will be collected prior to the first delivery to establish a baseline level and during acceptance of deliveries.
Budgetary Impact: $5600 from Coal Ash Settlement
