Vote on a request to appoint two members of the Chatham County Housing Authority.

 

Abstract

Action Requested:  Vote on a request two appoint two members of the Chatham County Housing Authority.

                     

Introduction & Background:  Mr. R.B. McKinley and Mr. Gary Cox retired from the Housing Authority in September.  Mr. McKinley has recommended Ms. Mary Lee Moore, a retired Chatham County Schools’ Administrator and Media Specialist, be appointed to the board.  Mr. Cox has recommended Mr. Aaron Hall, Lending Manager with Towne Mortgage of the Carolinas, be appointed to the Board. 

                     

Discussion & Analysis:  Ms. Moore’s term will end May 20, 2018.  Mr. Hall’s term will end April 30, 2021.

                     

Budgetary Impact: N/A

                     

Recommendation:  Vote on a request two appoint two members of the Chatham County Housing Authority.
