Action Requested: Vote on a Request to Approve Amendment to Waste Management Inc. Contract
Introduction & Background: The County currently has a contract with Waste Management Inc. to dispose of waste at the Transfer Station which is owned by Waste Management Inc. The contract is a per ton tipping fee cost for waste disposal. The current contract will expire June 30, 2016.
Discussion & Analysis: We would like to request to extend this contract until June 30, 2017.
Budgetary Impact: None
Recommendation: Approve the Amendment
