Introduction & Background: Andrea Brady joined the County on June 30, 2014 as the Benefits Manager in the Human Resources and Risk Management Department. She came from Engineered Plastic Components in Siler City where she served as the Human Resources and Accounting Manager for fourteen years. With her ever-present smile, great sense of humor and sunny disposition, Andrea has proven to be the true meaning of excellent customer service. She takes very special care of our employees by always being available to answer questions, returning calls and emails the same day, remaining in close contact with employees on medical leave and so much more. As stated in her nomination, “her commitment to her job is outstanding and her customer service is top notch”.
