Vote to change the terms of the Transportation Advisory Committee members to align with the newly implemented policy and advertise the vacancy

 

Abstract

Introduction & Background: At the June 16, 2025 meeting, the Board of Commissioners approved the new Chatham County Advisory Committee Policy. To implement this policy, the terms of the committee will change to align with the policy.

                     

Discussion & Analysis: Staff seeks direction from the Board of Commissioners for the terms of the members of the Transportation Advisory Committee to change to with the implementation of the policy.

 

The Transportation Advisory Committee has two vacancies, one for the District 4 recommendation and one Full Board member, which will be advertised.
