Abstract
Introduction & Background: North Carolina is transitioning to a statewide Medicaid plan for children in foster care. This plan also covers children who are adopted or have aged out of foster care.
Discussion & Analysis: Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) Healthy Blue Care Together was awarded the contract and is establishing agreements with counties as a part of the administration of the plan. The Data Sharing Agreement has been reviewed by the IT Director.
