Abstract
Introduction & Background: Section 13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina states that a project ordinance shall be adopted by the governing board for all capital projects.
Discussion & Analysis: Attached is a proposed amended project ordinance for the Siler City Center for Active Living Renovation project.
Budgetary Impact: The budget for the Siler City Center for Active Living Renovation Project is increased by $21,386 to $771,386 and will be funded by a transfer of funds from the Council on Aging department from their initial fund balance.
Recommendation/Motion: Motion to adopt the Siler City Center for Active Living Renovations Amended Project Ordinance.
