Abstract
Action Requested: Approve the appointment of Dan Sundberg ASLA, LEED AP to fill a vacancy on the Appearance Commission with a term ending June 30, 2018.
Introduction & Background: The Appearance Commission advertised for applications for members to fill a vacancy with preference to someone with extensive plant and landscaping knowledge. Dan Sundberg has extensive experience in these areas and has previous experience serving on the Sanford & Lee County Appearance Commission. The commission recommends that Mr. Sundberg be appointed to fill the current vacancy. Another candidate will be considered for another opening expected in 2016.
