Action Requested: Vote to approve Letter of Agreement #2 Amendment 2 for the Governance Project for the Western Intake Partnership.
Introduction & Background: The current activities and management of the Western Intake Partnership are guided by a Management Team, which includes a representative from each member of the partnership. The objective is to define the preferred attributes for a governance structure and make a recommendation for the ultimate WIP governance structure through a collaborative process.
Discussion & Analysis: Raftelis will evaluate and develop a governance structure for the entities of the Western Intake Partnership.
