Abstract
Introduction & Background: Parks and Recreation have two wrestling mats that they would like to donate to a non-profit organization since they are no longer in use. According to G.S. 160A-279, the county can convey or sell to public and private entities for continued public use.
Discussion & Analysis: We spoke with Angela Glover and she said that The Boys and Girls Club could use one of the mats for their after-school organization in Siler City. We are working to try and find a home for the other mat.
