Action Requested: Approve the three-year contract service with Info-Tech Research Group, Inc. and requesting the county manager’s signature on the contract.
Introduction & Background:
Info-Tech will be providing Chatham County with resources to assist with the creation of IT policy, facilitating strategic IT initiatives & plans, reviewing IT contracts for cost savings, and professional development of our staff.
This contract is related to the FY23 Data Governance expansion in MIS’s budget.
Discussion & Analysis:
The membership with Info-Tech provides access to a wide variety of templates, strategic plans, and one on one consulting with their experienced IT professionals. They will serve as an extension of our IT staff to assist with creating policies and procedures that meet the demands of administering IT service delivery for an organization of our size.
