Introduction & Background: The above listed contract is necessary for the Chatham County Department of Social Services to carry out specific functions related to Medicaid transportation provided by the Department. For the Department of Social Services to be able to dispense funds and claim reimbursement for funds, a valid contract must be in place.
Discussion & Analysis: Medicaid transportation is a mandatory service provided by DSS. This software improves the efficiency and effectiveness of scheduling and submitting billing with transportation providers.

Budgetary Impact: No additional county funds are being requested. This is a budgeted expense. Monthly contract terms are $367.50 with a 5% increase per year.
